Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

This policy explains what information Healthy Recipe Flow (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit https://healthyrecipeflow.online, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Summary

Information we collect

Messages you send us. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to read and answer your message.

Server logs. Like most websites, our web host and our network provider (Cloudflare) automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to keep the site running and secure.

Essential storage. We store a single value in your browser’s local storage to remember that you dismissed the cookie notice. It contains no personal information. See our cookie policy.

How you may arrive here

We promote this site with Google Ads campaigns, so you may arrive after clicking one of our ads on Google or a Google partner site. Information about that ad click is collected and handled by Google under Google’s privacy policy, not by us. This site itself does not display ads.

We do not currently use Google Ads conversion tracking or a Google tag on this site. If we add one in future, we will update this policy before doing so and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent first.

How we use and share information

We use information only to answer messages, operate and secure the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except our hosting and email providers, who process it on our behalf, or where the law requires it.

Data retention and security

We keep contact messages only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them within 12 months unless a longer period is needed for a legal reason. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting providers. We use HTTPS and reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example in the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, or certain U.S. states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal information. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time required by law.

Children

This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our pages link to other websites, such as photo sources and public food-safety resources. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.

We may update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
